MEASURE THIGH

With string or cord measure the largest part of your thigh then add ½ inch and round up to the next whole inch.

Example – measured 23 ¼ inch + ½ inch = 23 ¾ round up to 24

Example – measured 23 ¾ inch + ½ inch = 24 ¼ round up to 25
